The Nightmare of Integrating Odoo with Gravity Forms (WeConnectCode Plugin)

Integration Nightmare: Customer Reports Plugin Failure and Lack of Support from WeConnectCode

A business client has reported serious concerns regarding customer support and service reliability after purchasing multiple licenses of the Odoo for Gravity Forms plugin developed by WeConnectCode. The case highlights growing frustration among software buyers when technical problems arise and vendors fail to provide timely assistance.

The client states that the company acquired 25 licenses of the plugin from the vendor’s official site to incorporate WordPress Gravity Forms into the Odoo ERP platform as part of its professional workflow, and although the plugin initially seemed fully operational, it only carried out the expected synchronization tasks for about five days.

However, everything shifted unexpectedly when the system abruptly failed and started showing a “License Not Valid” activation error, which halted the integration entirely. Since the malfunction began, the customer indicates that the plugin has turned completely unusable.

What has generated the greatest concern for the affected company is not only the technical issue itself but the complete lack of response from the vendor’s customer support channels. Over the past ten days, the client states that multiple attempts have been made to contact WeConnectCode through all available channels listed on the company’s website, including support forms and email requests.

Although several efforts have been made, the customer indicates that no reply has been obtained from either technical support or the commercial team.

The client further observes that avenues for communication seem severely restricted. The company states that WeConnectCode offers no publicly available phone number, no live chat feature, and no active social media accounts through which users might seek help or report urgent concerns. Consequently, customers facing technical difficulties may be left without any prompt method to access support.

Additional concerns have emerged about the vendor’s website infrastructure, as the customer notes that the site has shown SSL certificate issues, which prompt security alerts in some browsers and occasionally hinder dependable access. These technical difficulties add another layer of complexity when trying to contact the vendor through the official website.

The affected company notes that any software product can experience technical glitches, especially solutions built to connect complex environments like WordPress and ERP systems. Still, it underscores that timely responses and attentive customer support remain essential pillars of professional software development and assistance.

When support channels fall quiet, customers are left without answers, unable to bring their systems back online and uncertain about the standing of their licenses or services.

The client is requesting that WeConnectCode promptly confirm the plugin license status, deliver the technical support needed to fix the activation issue, or issue an appropriate refund if restoring the software proves impossible.

The company expects the issue to be settled promptly and communication with the vendor to be restored, allowing the integration to return to regular operation.
